As it looks now with the current forecast folks SNO-DRAG 2016 will happen this coming weekend. Keep an eye out for any changes or updates though just in case

Due to the recent warm weather we've experienced, we are hoping to have a green light for Sno-Drag on March 12th instead of the originally scheduled February 20th. We are sorry for the inconvenience of rescheduling but if the course is not ready and safe, the event can not go ahead.

Thanks for visiting once again folks, and as you can see another great event has been here and done.

As you're probably well aware, the event was on Feb 21st, and due to some silly mistakes I am just getting an update for the fans. The event this year had a total 51 competitors registered and the winners will be listed below. And as with all of our events proceeds go to a local charity in central Newfoundland, this year being once a gain the Central North East Health Foundation.  This years event officially raised $1,323 for the foundation, which is an increase from last years event.

We have another gallery posted here for your viewing pleasure.

Another event in the books, and just awaiting a final tally on competitors and funds raised for the various groups we here at Sideways Motorsports are fighting to help support.

Although there was some snow falling, the conditions were pretty great for this years Sno-Drag on Cobb's pond. The sky being overcast allowed competitors to concentrate on speed rather than blinding glare from the sun off the fluffy white stuff.  Fastest Sled rights goes to Woodford on his pass of 660ft in 8.02s.
