Below you will find the registration form for the event, if you wish to be a competitor, please sign up here.
We will have a maximum of 45 slots, each slot gives a car 1 run per heat, and you will receive a competitor's package on day of the event. Each driver is required to pay a minimum of $50.00 registration fee, but as this is a fundraiser we encourage you to raise as much money as possible. You will find pledge sheets on the site in the menu under Fly your Car in Gander.
Once registered you will receive a schedule for the weekend of the event.
There are a few changes this year though, due to Covid-19 guidelines we'll have to enforce physical distancing strategies on race day. This is why we are limited to 45 competitors. There will be no concessions or spectators on site, so pack a lunch and unfortunately anyone on site has to register to compete/attend.
Also, due to Covid-19 all participants are expected to have their own ECE/Snell Approved helmets, there will be no loaners available. Should you have any questions or concerns about this, please reach out to us and we'll assist as best we can. Certified helmets will have at least one of these markings: FIA 8860-2004, FIA 8860-2010, FIA 8859-2015, SNELL 2015 SA, 2015 M, SNELL 2010 SA, 2010 SAH, 2010 M, SFI Foundation 31.1/2015, SFI Foundation 31.1/2010, ECE R22.05/ECE 22.05 (Expiry: 10 years after date of manufacture noted, on unaltered helmet labels, SNELL M not allowed in roll caged cars
Another big change, one we're hoping to speed things up on the day of the event is all monies will be 24 48 hours prior to the event via a online payment system (details to come later). Unfortunately we'll be unable to accept cash on site this year.
